APS Group, that launched the APS CREDIT FUND, is a stable company. The core of our business consists of three pillars: investments in problem debts, investments in real estate, and the administration and recovery of non performing loans. We focus on large non performing loans secured by commercial real estate. We are present on NPL market nearly 20 years. We have managed to take a leading position in 15 countries, operating mainly in Central and Southeastern Europe markets. Currently, we manage over 100 portfolios of overdue receivables with a total nominal value of more than EUR 10.3 billion.

We have long-term cooperation with other large entities on the market, such as APOLLO Credit, Bain Capital, Deutsche Bank of America, Cerberus Business Finance, Lone Star Funds, Attestor Capital.

Since 2004, APS has made 700,000 loan purchases, and its current investments exceed EUR 800 million. During its existence APS achieved more than 20% relative return (IRR).
