Viktor served as the Head of Fund Administration at Munich Private Equity Partners, prior to that Viktor was working with Swiss Re Private Equity Partners.

Tereza is responsible for managing internal legal services across Europe and coordinating external legal advisors. She joined APS in 2015 after spending 5 years at Clifford Chance and 2 years at Allen and Overy Prague, where she focused on cross border M&A, corporate and anti-trust law. In 2013 she qualified as advocate registered with Czech Bar Association.

Eva has already been working at APS for six years. She is responsible for 35 companies in central and southeastern Europe. She leads the Fund Administration department in controlling, reporting, managing external accountants, and cash flow management. She deals with the support and management of statutory and consolidated audits. She is also in charge of setting and implementing internal directives and regulations. Eva is a member of the APS Seeding Knowledge Foundation.

Adriana has been working for APS for 8 years, mainly dealing with the optimization of acquiring distressed debt portfolios within funds in various jurisdictions. She is also responsible for the correct taxing and accounting settings of the entire APS group. Before joining APS, she worked for a large Central European investment group in the positions of internal auditor and head of accounting and reporting. Adriana has the title of IFRS.

Petr Kohout

Petr has more than 25 years of experience in financial services in the Czech Republic and abroad. He spent 12 years in the Société Générale Group, where he also served as the CEO of its consumer finance subsidiary in Vietnam. Before joining APS, Petr worked as the CFO of the Home Credit Group, the world's largest provider of POS financing. He also worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and ING.

Mihai has re-joined us and took on responsibilities as Transaction Leader. Mihai was part of APS Investments for 5 years prior to joining Balbec for 3 years in a regional transaction position. Previously he led M&A transactions for EY and a boutique investment bank for 11 years.

Nikolas Tourkas

Nikolas graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK with an International Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics. Nikolas has more than 18 years of experience in distressed-debt corporate advisory & transactions, designing and executing single ticket buyouts, and syndication desks. He is coming with a great deal of experience from international banks such as HSBC Bank Plc, Barclays Bank Plc, Alpha Bank SA, and Piraeus Bank, where he worked in the CEO’s strategic project office and in a senior position within the Large Corporate Debt Restructuring Unit. In 2018, Nikolas Tourkas joined QQuant Master Servicer, where he headed the Single Trades & Special Assets team, offering advising and acting on behalf of strategic investors, alternative-asset managers, and distressed funds. Within APS, Nikolas is responsible for the actual management of transactions originating in the Greece & Cyprus region.
